Doesn’t fit, or would you rather have another colour? You have 30 days to change your mind, from the day you receive the sweater. Trying it on is fine, just like in a shop.
Exchanges are free. Register your exchange on our returns page. We send your new size or colour right away. Send the first sweater back within 14 days with the label from the email, at a drop-off point of the carrier on the label.
Refund: we charge €6.95 for the return label you get from us. We refund you no later than 14 days after your report; we may wait until we have the sweater back or until you show that you have sent it.
Broken or the wrong item? Then you pay nothing.

Can I exchange or return?
Yes, within 30 days you exchange for another size or colour for free: we send the new one right away and you send the first back within 14 days with the label from the email. If you want your money back, we charge €6.95 for the return label and refund you no later than 14 days after your report; we may wait until we have the sweater back or until you show that you have sent it.
