Parcel not received?
Does tracking say your parcel was delivered, but you do not have it? Contact us within 5 days of the delivery date via the contact page or at contact@japchristmas.eu. We will sort it out with the carrier.

Around the holidays carriers are busy and a parcel can arrive later: delivery times are an estimate, not a guarantee. If it takes longer, contact us with your order number via the contact page.
