Our Christmas sweaters can be safely washed at a maximum of 30°C. Use a delicate wash cycle and turn the sweater inside out for the best result. Let the sweater air dry to best preserve the quality of the recycled materials. That way it stays nice and festive for a long time!

Doesn’t fit, or would you rather have another colour? You have 30 days to change your mind, from the day you receive the sweater. Trying it on is fine, just like in a shop.
Exchanges are free. Register your exchange on our returns page. We send your new size or colour right away. Send the first sweater back within 14 days with the label from the email, at a drop-off point of the carrier on the label.
Refund: we charge €6.95 for the return label you get from us. We refund you no later than 14 days after your report; we may wait until we have the sweater back or until you show that you have sent it.
Broken or the wrong item? Then you pay nothing.

Are there children's sizes?
Many of our designs also come in children's sizes, in the same design. That way parents and children wear the same sweater. You can see which sizes this sweater has at the size buttons.
Does the sweater itch?
No. The sweater is knitted and does not itch. It is also not thick and not heavy.
What is the sweater made of?
Our Christmas sweaters are 35% recycled cotton and 65% recycled polyester, except for two models. What this sweater is made of is in the line below the buy button.
Does it shrink in the wash?
No, it does not shrink in the wash. Wash it inside out at no more than 30 degrees on a delicate cycle and let it air dry.
When will I get my order?

Can I exchange or return?
Yes, within 30 days you exchange for another size or colour for free: we send the new one right away and you send the first back within 14 days with the label from the email.
